The challenge

The solution

In the wake of the coronavirus outbreak in spring 2020, confidence in the travel sector was at an all time low. Between the UK closing down and the government introducing quarantine measures, Eurostar aimed to reassure customers that travel was safe with a multi-media safety campaign.


After naming the campaign Taking you there with care, I helped shape it end to end, writing copy for the dotcom hub, scripting the customer video, crafting CRM and social content, and creating an internal manifesto for colleagues. Six months into the pandemic, Eurostar recognised my work with an Étoile, the company’s highest internal award.
