The challenge
The solution
For the second year in a row, my team was responsible for turning a mountain of raw company data into a clear, compelling sustainability report. With the help of external sustainability experts and our internal sustainability team, we gathered unfiltered input from stakeholders across the business, many of whom aren’t native English speakers. We were tasked with shaping it into a document that’s not only accurate, but genuinely engaging and easy to navigate.
I spent a lot of time getting under the skin of the material, untangling complex ideas so I could strip out the fluff and rewrite everything in simple, human language. I also worked closely with our design lead to turn some of the heavier quantitative data into clear, bite-size graphics. The final result was a colourful, easy-to-read 142-page report, published in June 2025.
